This reductive woodblock print uses three separate woodblocks and more than 12 impressions of color. The inspiration comes from “Recluse Island” in Bolton Landing, NY. It is one of many beautiful islands that sit in the middle of Lake George in the Adirondack Mountains. I love the color of the light in the sky, and the texture of the water in this early evening/dusk landscape print. This is a limited edition so only 20 prints are available for a limited amount of time.
